Why agents join EIG
Plenty of brokerages can hand you a contract. What they can't hand you is a team that treats your success like their own. At EIG, loyalty and support come along the way—not just at sign-up.

At most agencies you're a producer number. At EIG you have a name and a seat at the table—real people who pick up the phone from your first call through every renewal season.
Your compensation remains at the full carrier-approved street level. EIG is paid by carriers based on total production—not from your commission.
Complimentary quoting and enrollment tools kept current every plan year, plus co-branded marketing, lead programs, event support, and practical sales resources.
How you get paid
Initial commissions are paid on new enrollments. Renewal commissions can continue yearly while clients remain enrolled. Long-term relationships create a more consistent book of business.
Illustrative year-one example
100 Medicare Advantage clients at the 2027 maximum of $725 plus 50 Medigap clients averaging $150/month in premium comes to roughly $88,250 in year one.
Figures reflect 2027 CMS maximum commission rates for most states; California and New Jersey are higher ($902 year one / $451 renewal). Actual rates vary by state, carrier, plan, retention, and individual production. Earnings are not guaranteed.
